Pharmacogenomic Strain Differences in Cardiovascular Sensitivity to Propofol

Abstract: Introduction A pharmacogenomic approach was used to further localize the genetic region responsible for previously observed enhanced cardiovascular sensitivity to propofol in Dahl Salt Sensitive (SS) vs. control Brown Norway (BN) rats.
