Pharmacogenetics of Psoriasis Treatment

Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic systemic, immune-mediated disorder of unknown aetiology, usually presenting with typical inlammatory skin lesions and/or joint manifestations, but systemic inlammation that may lead to the development of co-morbidities may also be present.
