Abstract:Bupropion is used for treating depression, obesity, seasonal affective disorder, and for smoking cessation.Bupropion is commonly-prescribed, but has complex pharmacokinetics and interindividual variability in metabolism and bioactivation may influence therapeutic response, tolerability and safety.
