ABSTRAKPotensi kejadian medication error di Instalasi Farmasi dapat timbul akibat meningkatnya beban kerja tenaga kefarmasian. Beban kerja yang berlebih memicu kelelahan dan kurangnya konsentrasi petugas dalam pelayanan kefarmasian. Hal tersebut akan mengakibatkan penurunan mutu pelayanan di Instalasi Farmasi. Penambahan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian merupakan solusi untuk mengurangi beban kerja, karena itu diperlukan analisis beban kerja tenaga kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Graha Permata Ibu (IFRS GPI) untuk di gunakan dalam menghitung kebutuhan tenaga ideal dan produktif yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian gabungan kualitatif dan kuatitatif dengan sampel seluruh aktivitas tenaga kefarmasian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi menggunakan work sampling dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas produktif langsung sebesar 59,14%, aktivitas produktif tidak langsung 17,22%, aktivitas non produktif 16,99% dan aktivitas pribadi 6,65%. Kebutuhan tenaga kefarmasian adalah 26 orang. Perbandingan kenyataan dan kebutuhan (rasio) tenaga kefarmasian adalah 0,7 yang menunjukkan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian tidak sesuai dengan beban kerja. Perlu dilakukan penambahan tenaga kefarmasian, pengaturan jadwal jaga, memodifikasi alur pelayanan resep,memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi rumah sakit, meningkatkan peran apoteker dan melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACTThe potential incidence of medication error in pharmacy unit can arise due to increased workload of pharmacy staff. Excessive workload triggers exhaustion and lack of concentration pharmacy staff in pharmacy services. Increasing the number of pharmacy staff is the solution to reduce workload, therefore analysis of workload of pharmacy staff at Graha Permata Ibu Hospital's pharmacy unit (IFRS GPI) is required to be used in calculating the ideal and productive needs of staff which is the purpose of this study. This study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research with samples from pharmacy personnel activities. The techniques of data collection were obtained through observation using work sampling and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN).The result showed as follows, direct productive activities amounted to 59.14%, indirect productive activities amounted to 17.22%, 16.99% of non-productive activities, and 6.65% of personnel private activities. Pharmacy staffing need is 26 people. The ratio comparison between existing personnel and staffing need of the pharmacy installation was 0.7, which indicates the numbers of pharmacy personnel are not in accordance with the workload.
