Pharmacist‐led dosing reduces tacrolimus intrapatient variability in lung transplant recipients

Abstract: Intrapatient variability (IPV) of tacrolimus has become a marker for predicting transplant outcomes, though minimal data exists regarding strategies to improve tacrolimus IPV.
