Phacoemulsification using iris hooks and scleral fixation of the intraocular lens in patients with secondary glaucoma associated with lens subluxation

Abstract: Purpose We described the techniques and results of phacoemulsification using iris hook and scleral fixation of intraocular lens (IOL) in patients with secondary glaucoma associated with lens subluxation. Methods Eight eyes of seven patients with secondary glaucoma associated with lens dislocation, who had undergone the surgery, were retrospectively reviewed.
