This study analyzes the media on political gestures as a bureaucratic discourse related to the decision to declare a presidential candidate for 2024 carried out by each political party. This type of research uses descriptive interpretive with a qualitative approach through discourse analysis of Teun A. Van Dijk consisting of macro and microstructures. The data source for this article was adopted in the news on the 2022 edition of Detik Finance media and the 2023 edition of Liputan 6, where 16 articles data will be analyzed using data collection techniques from library studies and literature studies regarding the representation of political ideology bureaucratic systems on digital media. The results and discussion in this article from the macrostructure itself is referred to as the concept of sentence structure in the introduction to the core of political discourse in the two news stories namely first, they tend to focus more on the principle decisions of political party policies that want to build the values and ideas of the nation to realize the life of the state and government. In contrast, the second news tends to focus more on the principle decision of the political bureaucracy policy which appointed Ganjar Pranowo to increase his assignment as a candidate for president of the Republic of Indonesia at the right historical and ideological moment on the Day of the struggle for women's emancipation. This is a form of message meaning that is different from an ideological point of view in political discourse in a news story. The microstructure can be seen in the expressions of political communicators, the meaning of messages in political discourse, and the arrangement of language in elaborating ideological sentences in news texts.

The participation of women in politics has reached the most significant development in this decade. More and more women are becoming leaders in parliaments in many countries, namely Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, the United States. Puan Maharani was elected as chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives and a woman who can be equated with female leaders in the World Parliament, and for the first time in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the political communication of women's transformational leadership in parliament. The researchparadigm is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through participant observation, and in-depth interviews with 9 members of the DPR RI who were used as informants who directly interacted with Puan Maharani, and could provide information about the political communication of Puan Maharani's transformational leadership in her activities leading the Chair of the DPR RI. The next step is to study the documentation literature, and search through the internet. Data reduction, display, and verification/conclusion are the stages of data analysis that the author uses in this study. The findings in this study, as a political communicator, the role of transformational leadership is influenced by the long journey of previous organizational experience. Selection of messages using a straightforward communication style. The communication media used are interpersonal communication and interactional group communication, either directly through face-to-face meetings with constituents. As well as utilizing the mass media, as well as social media to inform various policies related to parliament, and as parliamentary leader Puan Maharani has succeeded in establishing an open communication space.

The women's presence as regional leaders is one of the strategies for establishing more gender-just policies. Female regional leaders conducted diverse methods to win the votes of their constituents. The communication patterns used are diverse despite having similarities. The research aims to find out and analyze patterns and channels as well as the effects of political communication by female regional leaders in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach with three female regional leaders in three Javanese provinces. The research found that women tend to choose communication patterns and channels that used interpersonal communication channels to obtain political information. The female regional leaders used interactive communication patterns through social media, outdoor media, and mass media, such as television and print media. Communication channels used were personal communication channels, group communication channels, public communication channels, social communication channels, and traditional communication channels. The effect is that there is a change in the process of fighting for various public interests through verbal and nonverbal messages and mutual influence with various government policies. The research recommended that it is necessary to change the communication channel using social media massively to greet and discuss with constituents so that the effects are received massively as well.
