Cultural and creative products play an important role in helping local cultural prosperity and economic development. Today, the cultural sector presents itself as an elective field of application for the development of new investments in technologies. These investments are also facilitated by recent development programs promoted nationally with the aim of digitizing the sector using the integration between technology and artistic and cultural heritage. A review of the impact of blockchain technology in this industry is provided in this study. From this analysis, we identified three use cases of blockchain application: provenance and authenticity, tokenization and fractional equity, and rights management and digital protection. In addition, a future research agenda is developed, and new research questions are offered within three research areas: (1) expanding empirical research on the topic, (2) developing a guideline for cultural managers, and (3) analyzing the customer point of view.

Objective- The research looks forward to extracting strategies for accelerated recovery during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Design - Research design considers quantitative methodology and evaluates significant factors from 170 countries to deploy supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning techniques to generate non-trivial predictions. Findings - Findings presented by the research reflect on data-driven observation applicable at the macro level and provide healthcare-oriented insights for governing authorities. Policy Implications - Research provides interpretability of Machine Learning models regarding several aspects of the pandemic that can be leveraged for optimizing treatment protocols. Originality - Research makes use of curated near-time data to identify significant correlations keeping emerging economies at the center stage. Considering the current state of clinical trial research reflects on parallel non-clinical strategies to co-exist with the Coronavirus.

From Fragmented to Integrated: Transforming Emergency Healthcare Delivery through Digital Twin Technology

The prevalence of chronic diseases is dramatically increasing demand for emergency healthcare. Existing systems rely on patients self-identifying symptoms, causing dangerous delays. This study develops an AI and IoT-powered “digital twin” solution to enable continuous real-time monitoring and timely prediction of diverse medical emergencies. A digital twin is a virtual representation of an individual, modeled using multidimensional physiological data from wearable sensors. Machine learning techniques analyze patterns in this data to identify anomalies and predict emergencies like heart attacks or falls. A key contribution is an optimized ensemble algorithm combining gradient boosted trees, neural networks, and other techniques to accurately detect emergency events. Evaluation on a dataset of 9158 samples shows the digital twin identifies key emergencies with over 90% recall, enabling prevention and rapid response. It allows risk stratification and personalized interventions based on early warnings, circumventing over 2 million avoidable emergency room visits annually. This study demonstrates the feasibility of an integrated, predictive, patient-centric emergency response system enabled by digital twin technology.
