Ansambel Musik Kolintang Kayu (AMKK) Minahasa merupakan warisan budaya masyarakat Minahasa yang perlu dipelajari dan dilestarikan. RBN Wale Ma’zani sebagai Rumah Budaya Nusantara yang menaungi berbagai proses kreatif seni budaya Minahasa telah menghasilkan pemain dan pelatih yang berpengalaman dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran AMKK di RBN Wale Ma’zani Minahasa Tomohon. Melalui metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh berdasarkan observasi di lokasi penelitian, wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur dengan pelatih dan anak sanggar, serta dokumentasi selama proses latihan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan keabsahan data yang diperoleh melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran AMKK menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif (active learning) dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, tutor sebaya, mengajar beregu, latihan/drill, dan pembagian tugas. Teknik dan taktik pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah pembawaan materi dengan tegas, serta pengulangan materi dengan pemberian hukuman dan penghargaan. Pembelajaran reguler terdiri dari latihan dasar dan latihan lanjutan. Pembelajaran nonreguler terdiri dari latihan dasar, latihan lanjutan, dan gladi/simulasi. Evaluasi dilakukan selama proses latihan, gladi/simulasi, serta gelar seni dan festival AMKK. Study of the Learning Process of the Kolintang Kayu Musical Ensemble at RBN Wale Ma’zani Minahasa Tomohon ABSTRACT The Minahasa Kolintang Kayu Musical Ensemble (AMKK) is a cultural heritage of the Minahasa people that needs to be studied and preserved. RBN Wale Ma’zani as the Archipelago Culture House which oversees various creative processes of Minahasa arts and culture, has produced experienced and quality players and coaches. This study aims to describe AMKK learning at RBN Wale Ma’zani Minahasa Tomohon. Through a qualitative descriptive research method, data was obtained based on observations at the research location, structured and unstructured inverviews with coaches and members, as well as documentation during the training process. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, with the validity of the data obtained through triangulation. The results showed that: AMKK learning uses an active learning approach with an expository learning strategy. The learning methods used are lectures, demonstrations, peer tutoring, team teaching, drills, and division of tasks. The learning techniques and tactics used are emphasizing the material, and repeating the material by giving punishments and reward. Regular learning consists of basic exercises and advanced exercises. Non-regular learning consists of basic training, advanced training, and rehearsals/simulations. Evaluation is carried out during the training process, rehearsals/simulations, as well as art exhibitions and AMKK festivals.
