Abstract:The author’s perspective is primarily derived from work with colleagues at Faraday Technology, Inc., a company he founded with the vision of developing pulse current/pulse reverse current (PC/PRC) based industrial plating innovations. DC plating processes generally require additives which must be monitored and replenished in order to ensure deposit properties.
