Perspective Chapter: MOOCs to Bridge the Multilevel Digital Divide

Abstract: Globally, individuals' access to the Internet and digital device has increased. Therefore, MOOCs have been accessible to a wide range of learners with an opportunity to acquire new competencies and knowledge.
