Perspective and Experience of Operating Room Personnel on Ethical Behaviors

Abstract: Background: unethical behaviors necessitate a specific focus on ethical behavior. A better understanding of the concept can be obtained through the perspective and experience of surgical teams on ethical behavior. As a direct result, the knowledge and performance of the nurses as well as the patients' satisfaction can be elevated.
