Perspectiva sistémica y multinivel del análisis organizacional: una aproximación conceptual y metodológica

Abstract: El presente trabajo propone una marco teórico para el análisis de las organizaciones, el cual integra los principios de isomorfismo, de jerarquización y de autonomía relativa. Esta aproximación integrada intenta superar el enfoque clásico que considera dichos principios de forma aislada.
