Personnel Certification as the Main Method of Evaluation of Its Development

Abstract: Theoretical aspects of personnel certification are considered. The place of personnel certification among other functions of personnel management as the main method of assessment of its development is determined. It is stated that one of the main requirements of the certification program is the objectivity of employee evaluations, which is often opposed to subjectivity, which is often considered evil and leads to irreparable mistakes.
