Personalized Resource Allocation in Wireless Networks: An AI-Enabled and Big Data-Driven Multi-Objective Optimization

Abstract: The design and optimization of wireless networks have mostly been based on strong mathematical and theoretical modeling. Nonetheless, as novel applications emerge in the era of 5G and beyond, unprecedented levels of complexity will be encountered in the design and optimization of the network. As a result, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is envisioned for wireless network design and optimization due to the flexibility and adaptability it offers in solving extremely complex problems in real-time. “…Services are designed on business skills in this manner, which fosters separation of concerns. Because big systems' design is often arranged in layers, team is usually made up of professionals that specialize in certain levels such as user experience, processing, and information [16]. e structure of this strategic priority will be comparable to the system's architecture.…”

“…The services of university libraries have gradually realized the leap from traditional libraries to digital and mobile libraries [7]. Knowledge diffusion has put forward higher-level requirements on the way of serving information resources in university libraries, and the needs of readers and users have shifted from simply searching for information resources to more efficient access to information resources that meet their diverse new needs [8][9][10][11]. In the age of the Internet, each information user is both a creator and a provider of information, and saving time and cost is also a service that patrons urgently need.…”

“…Students can either finish the task independently or set up a study group with similar learning level and style designated by the teacher. During this period, teachers can observe students' learning progress, timely answer students' questions and doubts, and also carry out constructive dialogue and argumentative communication with students on a specific problem, through the cooperation of teachers and students to complete the project task or solve the problem, so as to effectively promote students' knowledge internalization [21]. e implementation framework for this pattern can be shown in Figure 3.…”
