Language is the main aspect of education. Improving English as a foreign language (EFL) learners’ speaking skills is a crucial communication requirement. In speaking skills, aspects of speech such as pronunciation, intonation, tone, stress, and fluency are highly emphasized. Furthermore, mental processes such as understanding, reasoning, adapting, turn-taking, and responding also play an essential role in speech. Turn-taking is a hugely important thing in conversation, especially in discussion. To take a turn in conversation is a big deal. Personality should consider factors in learning a second language. Extroverts and introverts have different learning styles, which will affect their speaking English learning. This research aimed to seek the used turn-taking pattern and strategies between student extroverts and introverts. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive approach design to the comprehensive summarization of specific events experienced by individuals or small peer groups. The subjects of this research were students in the English Education Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya for the 2021 final examination. As a result, Extroverted students are more comfortable and eager to take the lead in initiating conversations and introverts are more comfortable in the role of responders. While introverts and extroverts utilize similar strategies for turn-taking, their implementation differs; introverts may employ structured pauses and thoughtful contributions, whereas extroverts often engage in dynamic and spontaneous exchanges to ensure active conversation participation.

Purpose: This study examines the role of personality differences in organizational productivity. Specifically, the study examined the level of acceptance of individual differences, ascertained how individuals relate to each other to attain preset productivity levels and assessed how personality differences translate into organizational productivity. Research methodology: Using a quantitative research approach and case study design, data were collected from 190 employees through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics from IBM SPSS Statistics 24 and are presented in the tables. Results: The results showed a high level of acceptance of individual differences, even though leaders mostly failed to adjust to employee differences. It was also found that, although leaders did not invest in employee relations programs, personality differences positively affected organizational productivity. The findings also reveal that employees are creative in managing resources and materials for production, explaining the significant influence of personality differences on productivity. Limitations: The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics only. Therefore, no inferences can be made. This study was limited to the employees of the Ghana Meteorological Agency. Contribution: Organizational leaders need to become more tolerant of individual employee differences, as this goes a long way to improve organizational productivity. Future studies should consider other industries in which the workforce is more diverse. Novelty: This study highlighted the role of personality differences in achieving organizational productivity with evidence from the Ghana Meteorological Agency.

Learning foreign languages, in particular English, which is widely spoken internationally, is an important and compulsory part of the educational process in all types of educational institutions. A particularly relevant issue is using modernised teaching tools that can improve the efficiency of the foreign language learning process. The purpose of the study was to identify effective approaches to implementing interactive methods of teaching English. The study uses several methodological tools, namely: analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, and deduction. A survey was conducted among students in grades 2-11 to test the attitude of students to interactive forms of learning and the effectiveness of these new approaches. As a result, it was established that the interactive approach to organising the learning process is the most effective when compared to other methods, as it both accelerates the process of teaching a foreign language, including English and increases its effectiveness. It is proved that interactive teaching methods can be divided into several categories, depending on the actors who implement them and the ways they are used. The study identified that this approach to the learning process ensures the quality development of students' speaking, writing, reading and listening skills. It demonstrates the systematic nature of the interactive approach and the possibility of using it to teach various subjects. The survey identified the level of students' readiness and interest in interactive foreign language learning. The practical value of the research is that it can be used by teachers in preparation for English language classes, and the development of educational plans and programmes at schools
