Persistent megalocystic ovaries after ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in a postpartum patient with polycystic ovarian syndrome: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundOvary enlargement is common in controlled ovarian stimulation, which could continue several months during a successful pregnancy.
