Persistent hyponatraemia complicating fibrosing alveolitis.

Abstract: Two patients with fibrosing alveolitis, one associated with rheumatoid disease, the other cryptogenic, developed persistent hyponatraemia consistent with the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH); this association has not previously been described.
