Previously after the diagnosis, she received treatment with acitretin, ciclosporin [cyclosporin], etanercept and methotrexate for pustular psoriasis; however, she exhibited lack of efficacy to the treatments. Thus, about 1.5 years prior to the current presentation, her treatment was started with prednisolone and infliximab that successfully controlled her symptoms. She was scheduled for her subsequent dose of infliximab on 27 March 2020, which she was unable to receive due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Thus, ciclosporin was given, but again exhibited lack of efficacy to ciclosporin. On 13 April 2020, she was hospitalised to receive infliximab injection due to flare of the psoriasis (current presentation). After receiving the infliximab therapy, the flare was controlled.Saffarian Z, et al.
