Persistent eruptive lentiginosis in a psoriatic patient after 4‐year effective treatment with ustekinumab

Abstract: We herein report the case of a 48-year-old man with Fitzpatrick skin type II who has been affected by psoriasis since the adolescence. He was treated with topical products until he started therapy with methotrexate at the age of 39. Both therapies were not able to achieve successful results.
