Persistence of an Escherichia coli-Shigella flexneri Hybrid in the Intestinal Tract of Macaca mulatta

Abstract: A live oral vaccine prepared from an Escherichia coli-Shigella flexneri 4b hybrid was administered by gavage to Macaca mulatta.
