Peroral endoscopic myotomy for advanced achalasia with megaesophagus

Abstract: The outcomes of peroral endoscopic myotomy for advanced achalasia are not well known. This study aimed to evaluate the outcomes of peroral endoscopic myotomy for achalasia with megaesophagus, which is one of the characteristics of advanced achalasia.
