Permute Me Softly: Learning Soft Permutations for Graph Representations

Abstract: Graph neural networks (GNNs) have recently emerged as a dominant paradigm for machine learning with graphs.Research on GNNs has mainly focused on the family of message passing neural networks (MPNNs).
