Abstract:In this manuscript, a microwave resonance sensor (MRS) was presented composed of interdigital structure, meander structure, chandelier‐form, and T‐shaped structure. The combination of four structures results in a good electromagnetic field strength at the sensing location. It caused increased sensitivity.
