Abstract:Peritoneal–mediastinal communication is a rare complication of peritoneal dialysis (PD). We report the first case of peritoneal–mediastinal communication complication in a 36‐year‐old Caucasian man on continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD) after undergoing cardiac surgery.
