Abstract: Case: A 37-year-old man American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 patient with lumbar canal stenosis at the L4-L5 level underwent endoscopic decompression. Toward the end of the procedure, the patient developed sudden-onset bradycardia, followed by ventricular arrhythmia and acute pulmonary edema.
