Perioperative Surgical Home Model Improves Outcomes in Crohn’s Disease Patients Undergoing Disease-Related Surgery

Abstract: Background. To evaluate Perioperative Surgical Home (PSH) practice model implementation in Crohn’s disease (CD) patients undergoing disease-related surgery. Methods.
