Perioperative Management of Total Laryngectomy Patients: A Survey of American Head and Neck Society Surgeons

Abstract: Objectives: Standards of care for total laryngectomy (TL) patients in the postoperative period have not been established. Perioperative care remains highly variable and perhaps primarily anecdotally based.
