“…Those nurses who had work over load were 3 times more likely to have poor practice as compared to those who hadn't work over load. This result agree with study conducted in Nigerien hospital caregivers which shows that, poor practice of Perioperative management was statistically associated with work over load (OR = 4.04, p = 0.013) (19). The possible reason might be due nurse's burnout and shortage of nurses in the setting(16).…”
