Abstract: Background: Iliopsoas hematoma (IH) can lead to femoral nerve dysfunction and pain, typically resulting from muscle tension induced by surgery. While Oblique Lateral Lumbar Fusion (OLIF) is effective, it carries the risk of IH development.
