Perioperative accountable care teams: Improving surgical team efficiency and work satisfaction through interprofessional collaboration

Abstract: The purpose of this performance improvement project was to design, implement and evaluate an interprofessional education initiative intended to improve surgical team efficiency, communication and work satisfaction.
