This work provides an optimization method for route selection and control-inputs for multihop networked control systems (MH-NCS) considering the communication delay and link reliability. In a multihop network, the higher number of multihops, the more reliable the communication, while the longer the communication delay. Considering the above facts, this study proposes to compute the routing and control-inputs based on a model predictive control (MPC) method. Simulation results show that the proposed method can efficiently work in the MH-NCS with link failures.
