Period of employment, occupational burnout and stress coping strategies among midwives

Abstract: Wprowadzenie i cel pracy. Praca położnej wiąże się z ponoszeniem kosztów psychologicznych, niejednokrotnie jest czynnikiem stresogennym. Poziom odczuwanego stresu związanego z pracą może prowadzić do rozwoju syndromu wypalenia zawodowego. Celem pracy była próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy staż pracy położnych ma wpływ na poziom odczuwanego stresu, strategie radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz obecność zespołu wypalenia zawodowego.
