Perinephric Urinoma Secondary to Neurogenic Bladder in Myelodysplasia

Abstract: We report on a girl with infected perinephric urinoma and myelodysplasia who presented with a febrile urinary tract infection. A complex perinephric fluid collection with internal echoes was found on renal ultrasound, necessitating placement of a percutaneous drainage tube. “…5 We found only two previous reports in which urinoma was caused by neurogenic bladder in children. 1,8 In our review of the literature, we did not find any case of urinoma caused by neurogenic bladder with vesicoureteral reflux in an adult. The major complications of neurogenic bladder are recurrent urinary tract infection, calculus and hydronephrosis secondary to ureteral reflux or obstruction.…”

В литературе нами было встречено 3 описания возникновения уриномы на фоне нейрогенного мочевого пузыря или диссинергии детрузора и сфинктера [10];…”
