Perinatal Mortality among All Deliveries in a Tertiary Care Center: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study

Abstract: Introduction: Perinatal mortality comprises the number of stillbirths and death of newborns within seven days of life which is the main contributor to infant and maternal mortality.
