Perianal pyoderma gangrenosum after excision and fulguration of anal condyloma acuminatum

Abstract: HighlightsWe describe the first reported case of perianal pyoderma gangrenosum after anorectal surgery for benign disease.We review the literature regarding postsurgical pyoderma gangrenosum.Increased awareness of postsurgical pyoderma gangrenosum will aid in prompt diagnosis and proper medical management of this uncommon postoperative morbidity.
