Abstract:Aim: This study improved the in vivo bioreactor (IVB) for bone regeneration by enhancing stem cell survival and promoting vascularized tissue-engineered bone. Methods: 12 New Zealand rabbits received β-TCP scaffolds with rabbit bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) implanted.
