PERFORMANCE STUDY of THEOS DATA TRANSFER via Mobile IP

Abstract: The on-line disaster response management is the key to improving rapid response data of disaster area for various aspects of disaster relief response using Satellite images. To reduce the damages and losses caused by the hazards, a near realtime data support is necessary.
