Abstract:The application of cryogels for biomolecule purification has expanded due to their adsorption efficiency and operational advantages. In this study, polyacrylamide cryogels functionalized with L-phenylalanine (cryogel-Phe) via the glutaraldehyde method were designed for lysozyme adsorption.
