Abstract:This paper presents an overview of Monte Carlo(MC) event generators for simulation of proton-proton collisions along with results on the hadron production at Nuclotronbased Ion Collider fAcility (NICA) energies. Namely, mean multiplicities, mean transverse momenta, and rapidity distributions of p(p), K ± , π ± at different collision energies are presented. We also study two-particle angular correlations for stable charged particles. Results of MC simulations are compared to the available data. Connections of s… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
