Performance Monitoring, Subordinate’s Felt Trust and Ambidextrous Behavior; Toward a Conceptual Research Framework

Abstract: The present research proposes an electronic performance monitoring framework based on ambidextrous leadership and social exchange theories in a dynamic environment.
