Aconitum Brachypodum Diels (AB) is a plant of Aconitum L. The dried roots of AB have analgesic and anti-in ammatory activity. However, the processing is required to reduce toxicity before use because of its high toxicity. Studies on the toxicity, pharmacodynamics, and chemical composition of processed Aconitum Brachypodum Diels. (PAB) are still lacking at present. In this study, the composition changes of AB and PAB were determined by UPLC-QE-Orbitrap-MS. The intensity of diester alkaloids was greatly reduced, while the monoester alkaloids were signi cantly increased. An acute toxicity experiment was used to evaluate the toxicity differences between AB and PAB, while the acetic acid-induced writhing pain experiment and croton oil-induced ear edema experiment were applied to evaluate the analgesic and antiin ammatory properties. The acute toxicity test of AB showed that the median lethal dose (LD50) was 1.37 g / kg, while the maximum tolerance of PAB was 30.0 g/kg. It was apparent that the toxicity of PAB was signi cantly reduced. The alkaloid component of PAB could signi cantly inhibit the mice's ear edema and signi cantly reduce the number of mice writhing. Based on the above ndings, 10 compounds, including songoramine (1), neoline (2), bullatine C (3), dihydroatisine (4), bullatine A (5), maltol (6), 15-Oacetylsongorine (7), 15-O-acetylsongoramine (8), songorine (9), and aldohypaconitine (10) were separated and identi ed from the alkaloid component of PAB. Compounds 4, 6, 8, and 10 were rstly separate from Aconitum. Finally, molecular docking to anti-in ammatory analgesic target protein was carried out. The results showed that the 10 compounds and target proteins had good binding capabilities, wherein 15-O-acetylsongoramine could interact with the key protein Akt1 of Pi3k-Akt pathway and adjust the downstream NF-κB critical pathway to play an anti-in ammatory analgesic effect.

Many forms of energy are used in daily life. The most needed of these different forms is electricity. If this energy continues to be met with limited resources, it is clearly seen that sufficient energy needs will not be met in the future. Therefore, in the generation of electrical energy, existing resources must be used extremely efficiently. With the development of technology, electrical energy production is carried out more efficiently with non-renewable energy sources. These technological developments, which come to a certain point, can meet the demanded energy need up to a certain level. For this reason, many studies are carried out on renewable energy sources in order to respond to the needed energy demands. Therefore, in this study, the effect of geographical conditions on panel efficiency in electricity generation with solar panels, which is one of the renewable energy sources, was analyzed. Analyzes were carried out with power plant models installed in four different geographical regions of Turkey using the design and simulation software for photovoltaic systems program for PV systems. The effects of latitude, altitude and temperature on electrical energy production were investigated using the established power plant models.

In recent years, novel materials with protective qualities against ionizing radiation have been discovered. Important concepts include the continued use of X-rays for diagnosis and treatment, particularly in the radiological energy range, as well as the calculation of the radiation attenuation properties of such materials, the build-up factor, and the attenuation coefficients. Radiation shielding is characterized by parameters such as linear attenuation coefficient (LAC, cm−1),.equivalent atomic number (Zeq), exposure buildup factors (EBF) and exposure absorption buildup factors (EABF). Radiation is often employed in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and accurately calculating the absorbed dosage during radiation treatment, which is one of the most popular cancer treatments. It relies on accurate modeling of the radiation beams administered to the patient and their interaction with the environment in which they are absorbed. In this research, the shielding characteristics of water, fat, and bone related to human tissue are investigated. Using Phy-X/PSD software, the equivalent atomic number (Zeq), exposure buildup factor (EBF), and energy absorption buildup factor (EABF) were determined.
