Abstract:In this study, a series of Li 0.058 (Na 0.535 K 0.480 ) 0.966 (Nb 0.90 Ta 0.10 )O 3 (LNKNT) + (x)ZnO + (y)LiF (x = 0, 0.4, and 0.6 wt%; y = 0 and 0.2 wt%) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The codoping of ZnO and LiF could significantly improve the sintering ability of LNKNT ceramics by reducing the optimal sintering temperature from 1090 to 990 °C. The crystal phases and microstructures were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning elect… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
