Performance Evaluations of κ-Approximate Modal Haplotype Type Algorithms for Clustering Categorical Data

Abstract: The effectiveness of the performance of κ-Approximate Modal Haplotype (κ-AMH)-type algorithms for clustering Y-short tandem repeats (Y-STR) of categorical data has been demonstrated previously.
