This study uses the design method with a prototype research model. This is motivated by the fact that Indonesia is prone to natural disasters, so preparing for an effective and efficient disaster emergency response process is necessary. The resulting innovation is an intelligent rescue box prototype product integrated with an information system as a disaster emergency response solution, especially in meeting the basic emergency needs of post-disaster refugees. The effect will consist of two, and the first is the Smart rescue box (SRB), which provides the emergency needs of evacuees in one package to meet the electricity needs of refugees. There is a solar tracker system with real-time clock (RTC) data that is set as if it can follow the direction of the sun's movement for maximum absorption of sunlight. The second product is the SRB information system which is a disaster information system consisting of several useful features and a disaster education menu that can provide insights regarding disasters and disaster information that can be accessed easily. The measurement and observation test results show that the product has worked as expected, so it is feasible. The resulting product is still in the form of a prototype so that suggestions for further research can be further developed in terms of features and technology to become a complete product to facilitate the disaster emergency response process.

One of the essential components in LoRaWAN is managing the server with all existing components, including Device Management, Data forwarding, Network security, and real-time network monitoring. It is necessary to manage the uplink and downlink of the LoRaWAN server and maintain the quality of data transmission from the LoRa end node to the LoRaWAN server. Depending on the service provider, the LoRaWAN Server provides space for payload, uplink, and downlink data. How many times in a day, week, month, or even year? This discussion depends on the LoRaWAN server provider. Some are open sources, and some provide free uplink and downlink services. Settings on the LoRaWAN Server will determine how much data will enter the server or the network size. Security is also an essential parameter, e.g., encryption or authentication, supported by the feature requirements used on the server, which will determine the type of communication that LoRa will apply, for example, multi-communication or analysis data. Centralized management, Security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness are essential parameters if LoRaWAN is managed well.

Service is one of the important things in the form of business activities engaged in the service sector. The eligibility of a person in providing the best service must go through a good assessment. Company indicators in assessing the feasibility of salesperson services at PT. Sutan Indo Aneka Mobil Pematangsiantar has many criteria. For that we need a method to be able to assist companies in making decisions. This study uses the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method. From the calculation results of the Display Data Calculations, namely the Conformity Criteria Rating on Alternatives, Criteria Weight, WSM Calculation Method, WSM Method Calculation, the highest value is 0.925 with rank 1 meaning the Weighted Sum method.
