Performance evaluation of intersegment handover procedures in UMTS scenario

Abstract: To achieve really integrated systems allowing services and coverage provision @om both terrestrial and satellite segments the identification of suitable Intersegment Handover (ISHO) procedure represents one of the most critical and crucial issues.
