This paper establishes a classification model of ancient glass artifacts based on the relevant data of ancient Chinese glass artifacts using logistic regression analysis. In order to study the compositional changes and identification of glass artifacts, firstly, the relationship between the surface characteristics of glass artifacts and weathering conditions is analyzed by using the chi-square test, and the data are visualized to illustrate the statistical laws; random sampling is used to eliminate the influence of unbalanced samples, and a univariate linear regression model is fitted to predict the content of the chemical compositions before weathering. Secondly, the changes in the average chemical content of the two glass surfaces under different weathering conditions were visualized and analyzed, and the pairwise test of the chemical composition data was carried out by the rank-sum test to classify the different samples based on the K-mean clustering, and the sensitivity of the classification was analyzed. Finally, grey correlation analysis was used to quantify the degree of correlation between different chemical compositions of the same type of glass, and the variation of the degree of correlation between different types of glass was visualized and analyzed.

O fortalecimento do conceito ESG tem tornado a reputação corporativa um fator crucial para a valorização das empresas no mercado acionário, tornando-se inclusive um objeto de grande interesse dos investidores, sobretudo no que se refere a práticas anticorrupção. Assim, escândalos que expõem casos de corrupção podem acarretar custos e causar desvalorização das empresas no mercado. Este artigo objetiva, portanto, verificar se há diferença estatística para o comportamento do preço das ações da Petrobras em dias normais e em dias pós-eventos de escândalos. Para isso, realizou-se um teste estatístico a partir dos dados totais e as datas que ocorreram os eventos (dia do evento e dia seguinte), por meio do teste Z para duas proporções e ANOVA no período estudado. A partir das informações sobre as fases da Operação Lava Jato, foram coletadas as datas nas quais a Petrobras foi citada. No teste Z, comparou-se a proporção de subida (ou manutenção) e queda no preço das ações em dois grupos: amostra contendo todos os pontos e amostra contendo apenas os dias de notícias envolvendo a empresa. Uma outra análise foi realizada observando se as quedas pós-eventos são quedas meramente eventuais, normais para a ação, ou quando há influência essa queda é mais proeminente do que as quedas normais. A ANOVA foi utilizada como instrumento de análise. Pôde-se inferir, via Teste Z, que as duas proporções são iguais para as ações, não havendo evidência estatística de que o escândalo impacta nos valores. Com o Teste F, não se encontrou evidência estatística (a 5% de significância) suficiente para afirmar que as quedas são mais proeminentes após notícias de escândalo.
