Abstract:Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) has been broadly used to investigate a variety of other electrochemical systems, including electrodeposition, corrosion, fuel cells and batteries. Here, a new approach to characterize chemical sensors based on the ZnO/porous Si (PSi) nanostructure arrays via an EIS technique is reported. ZnO nanostructures were successfully synthesized on the PSi structures using the free-catalytic thermal immersion method. Detailed characterization of this nanostructure was carried… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
