Performance Characterization of a Locally Developed Fish Smoke-Drying Kiln for Charcoal and Briquette

Abstract: Performance characterization of a locally developed fish smoke-drying kiln (10 kg capacity) was conducted using charcoal and briquette as fuel materials.
