In this study, the relationship between happiness and organizational commitment in workers in the fishing sector of the City of Chimbote was investigated. A correlational quantitative approach and a nonexperimental cross-sectional research design were used to determine the association between these two constructs and to verify if there is a significant relationship between them. To collect data, a survey was applied to a sample of 342 workers in the fishing sector. Two measurement instruments were used to assess happiness and organizational commitment. The participants provided information about their level of subjective happiness and their degree of commitment to the organization in which they worked. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between happiness and organizational commitment. These findings support the idea that happiness in the workplace can have a positive impact on employee engagement with the organization. These results are consistent with previous research that has also found a positive relationship between happiness and organizational commitment. This suggests that promoting happiness at work can be beneficial in fostering employee commitment to the organization. However, it is important to note that this study has its limitations. It focused on a specific industry and a particular geographic location, so the results may not be generalizable to other industries or locations. In addition, a self-report measure of happiness was used, which may be subject to bias and limitations. In future research, it would be useful to explore these relationships in different work contexts and consider using more objective measures or various sources to assess happiness. This would help to obtain a more complete and generalizable understanding of how happiness at work is related to organizational commitment.

University sustainability is a notion with tremendous transformative potential. Knowledge is essential to understand how colleges communicate it to their students in order to assess their potential for transformation. The objective of this study was to assess the level of training in sustainability and associate it with environmental attitudes towards specific problems of university students in Latin-american. Through a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional design, two scales were applied to measure the study variables. The population consisted of 3456 university students from 15 public and private universities in Latinamerican. Using the simple random probability sampling method with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5%, the sample consisted of 383 university students. It was found that there was a highly significant relationship between training in sustainability and the environmental attitude towards specific problems of university students in Latin-american. Universities not only have an impact on the improvement of the quality of life of the university community, but they should also try to intervene in the spaces under a sustainable approach, understanding that students should be the main actors for environmental care.

The Blockchain technology moves data nodes and data streams from one informatics center to another based on the importance of Bitcoins, resulting in a dedicated, public, and secure network for interpretation and development of the ensuing information chain reaction. Blockchains are frequently formed by connecting interrelated patterns of information in order to conduct a secure transaction. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, transparency, immutability, autonomy, open-source, anonymity, and consensus. Blockchains are being utilized in a variety of real-world applications, including business and economics, financial technology, and digital currencies. This article does a comprehensive review of the literature on blockchain technology. While searching for the keyword "blockchain" as a subject, we identified a total of 1882 entries in these databases. After removing the less common record kinds, the papers were reduced to 1246 articles, which were then used for further investigation.
